If you are having a problem with any of my apps, please try the following steps.
1: Reboot your device.
2: Reinstall the app. You can download it again from the app store without it costing you anything.
3: Send a email to james (dot) austin (at) terransoftware (dot) com
In the email, please list these details:
-Which app.
-Device - including version.
-OS version
-If you have jailbroken your device. If you have, what packages have you installed?
-What EXACTLY you were doing when it crashed.
-Any details you think are important
